Delivery:

Shipping and Handling charges on regular deliveries within Canada are waived for orders of $56.00 or more weighing less than 1.5 Kg (3.3 lbs).

Prescription medications may be shipped outside Ontario only when prescribed or authorized by Ontario licensed physicians. Non-prescription medications and other products may be shipped across Canada and worldwide.

Delivery Policy:

Package are delivered within 10 days for refill orders, within 15 days for new orders.

Delivery Guarantee:

ADV-Care Pharmacy will monitor all shipped packages to ensure that delivery is made within the specified time, and will automatically initiate investigation on behalf of the customer. ADV-Care pharmacy will reship medications when undelivered packages are confirmed to be lost.

Prescription Refills:

Select "Automatic Refill" to ship your medication to your on-file address 4-5 days before your current supply is scheduled to be completed. If you select "Refill Reminder" we will notify you 4-5 days in advance of scheduled completion of your current prescription. Click the Refill button to refill you prescription.

Payments:

If you are paying for your medication or paying your insurance deductible you may pay by E-cheque, money order or credit card. Paid by e-check takes an addional 7 business days to clear funds. To supply your credit card information, please be sure to include your name exactly as it appears on the card as well as the expiry date. You may supply this information by:
