ADV-Care has grown over these last few years and with this growth there has been extensive additions to our processing systems, telephone support, and online representation. We connect patients, doctors, and pharmacies in a unique system-wide approach to ensure the safest method of delivery possible. Orders undergo a Drug Utilization Review (DUR) to ensure there are no contra-indications, allergic or adverse reactions to the medications that are prescribed to our customers. We have also added self-service technology for our customer’s convenience. Now you can call our TF number and select the order status option from the prompt to determine exactly where your order is without having to wait to speak with a Customer Service Representative. As well, you can check your order status online. All that is needed is your full name and your phone number. These additions have been made to provide overall better service to our customers.
