Happy New Year!
Once again, it's the time of the year when we stop to reflect on the past year and look forward to the coming year.
This past year has been a challenging one for our team, as our Federal Health Minister threatened to shutdown our
industry early in the year. This was followed by sharp changes in the strength of the dollar, and the onslaught of
Medicare D, which was a maze of confusion for everyone. Nevertheless, we have continued to strengthen our abilities
to serve you better through enhancements to our technical systems, better communication and reduced pricing.
Most recently, we completely restructured our pricing, with large reductions, ensuring that we maintain the most
competitive prices. All of these efforts combined have allowed us to compete and in most cases beat Medicare D pricing.
As always, we are open to suggestions and comments from our customers and we look forward to hearing from you in the
coming year so that we may continue to improve our service to you.
