To fill a prescription (RX), please follow the 4 easy steps.
"REGISTER WITH US"
- Register with us and fill out your entire medical information, your attending physician information, and your preferred contact information. Please ensure that your credit card number and expiry date are included if your order is mailed or faxed.
"STATEMENT" (If you are visiting or residing in the U.S.)
- Print and fill the US "Patient Customs Statement".
"ORDER RX ONLINE"
- Order your medicine on-line as an "Rx product" and add it to your shopping basket, and continue to provide method of payment and shipping address to complete your order.
"SEND RX TO US" (If you are a U.S. resident, you need to follow these steps)
- Mail your original RXs with your "Patient Customs Statement", as well as a Medical Summary to us, or ask your attending physician to send us the paperwork by fax to 1-877-948-0464.
*Prescriptions should indicate "refills" in order to avoid needing new prescriptions each time an order is refilled.*
Our physician, in consultation with your attending doctor, will try to authorize your Rx within 48hrs, in order for us to process (fill) and ship your medication directly to your front door.
When you order on-line, you can track your order status 24/7, simply log in with your user ID and password and click on order status.
